Nouveau Luxury Builders, previously known as Joy Homes, was formed in 2002. It started off with building high volume of new homes in some suburban neighborhoods of the Greater Houston areas such as White Oak Plantation, Woodbranch Village and Roman Forest of Montgomery County. It also built custom homes for customers on their own lots in different communities of the Greater Houston area. In 2009, the company has phased out its development and construction of residential subdivisions in the suburban areas and shifted its focus to building high-end luxury homes in the Memorial areas.
